All products are free standing and can be attached to pavers. Anchoring hardware is not supplied.

Quantity:
Clients may order a total of six products, which may be any combination of the Designs In Time products.
Example: three benches, three litter receptacles. A second Designs In Time™ order may not be placed any earlier than 30 days from the activation date of the previous order, per client.

Terms:
Signature on Keystone Ridge Designs' quotation with verification of product color, sign-off on shipping address confirmation and payment in full must be received before order will be activated. The 15-business day turn-around will begin when the client fulfills all stated requirements. We will fax a sales order acknowledgement to confirm that the order is in production. Designs In Time™ orders require a 15% up-charge on material cost. This will be a separate line item on the quotation. Designs In Time™ orders will not be accepted during the month of December due to our annual year-end company hiatus. In rare situations, during extenuating circumstances of high-volume production, Designs In Time™ terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Clients will be informed of any alterations in shipment guarantees at time of quoting.

Shipping Schedule:
Products are guaranteed to ship from our Butler, Pennsylvania facility within 15-business days after date of order activation. Shipper tracking pro number and terminal phone number are supplied for client follow-up once product ships from our facility.
